WingTones - Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WingTones, operated by CSK Finance B.V. (The Hague, the Netherlands). By using the service you agree to them. Contact: hello@wing.tools.

The service

WingTones is a tool to practise Cantonese and Mandarin tones. It provides feedback for learning purposes and does not guarantee any particular result. A free tier is available; some content requires a paid Pro subscription or one-time purchase.

Subscriptions & payments

• Prices and any free-trial length are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel from your account (web) or via your app-store account (mobile purchases). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by our providers (Stripe / the app stores). Refunds follow the applicable provider’s and statutory rules.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or circumvent access controls, and no unlawful use.

Content & attribution

Many native recordings come from Lingua Libre and Wikimedia contributors under CC BY-SA; those remain under their respective licences. The WingTones app, its design and software are owned by CSK Finance B.V.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, CSK Finance B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend access for breach. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands; disputes fall under the competent court in The Hague, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
